Our Story

We were married in September of 1997.  At the time, Mandie worked with a physician at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and I was a computer consultant to the FDA in Rockville, Maryland.  We spent more of the week apart than we did together.

After six months we decided this situation was unacceptable and we started looking for something different; something that we could do together.  While researching our options we were introduced to this powerful business plan and in March of 1998, after careful investigation, we started our own UnFranchise^®. We now have the freedom to spend time with our two boys and work full-time (20-30 hours per week) from our home office on our growing business.

We are extremely fortunate to be associated with highly successful mentors and partners throughout our company.
